Hydrasoft Ltd is pleased to invite bids from qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of car wash services. This tender is open to all eligible companies that can demonstrate the capability, reliability, and professionalism required to deliver consistent, high-quality car cleaning services.

The successful bidder will be expected to provide comprehensive car wash solutions, including:

1.Both exterior and interior cleaning.

2.Engine washing where applicable.

3.Vacuuming and detailing and scheduled as well as emergency washing services.

Emphasis will be placed on the use of environmentally friendly cleaning materials and modern techniques to maintain the quality and appearance of our fleet.

To qualify for this tender, interested companies must meet specific eligibility criteria. These include:

1.Valid business registration certificate.

2.Current tax clearance certificate.

3.Minimum of two years’ experience in delivering similar services.

Additionally, service providers should demonstrate that they possess appropriate car wash equipment, skilled personnel, and the operational capacity to handle a fleet of up to ten vehicles.

All proposals should be submitted electronically to info@hydrasoft.rw. A complete proposal must include:

1.Company profile.

2.Detailed financial proposal.

3.References from previous clients, and documents proving legal compliance.

Submissions that do not meet these requirements may not be considered.
