TENDER NOTICE

TITLE: TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MAIN GATE -COWSHED LATRINES AND PIT LATRINES AT GAH LTD

1. Participation in this tender is open, on equal conditions, to all eligible bidders with proven experience and expertise in construction works.
2.  Tender documents may be obtained from the GAH Ltd Head Office during working days and hours upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000). The fee shall be deposited into Account No. 100084141687, Account Name: GABIRO HUB REVENUE, held at Bank of Kigali (BK).
3.  Any inquiries regarding this tender shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of GAH Ltd through the following email address: info@gah.rw.
4.  Bids comprising both the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and properly bound in two (2) copies, including one (1) original. The bids must be delivered to the Reception Desk of GAH Ltd located at GAH Ltd Demo Farm & Dairy, Karushuga, Rwimiyaga Sector, Nyagatare District, no later than 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Electronic submissions shall not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
5.  All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of one million three hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (1,300,000 Rwf) or its equivalent freely convertible in Rwandan Francs or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency.
6.  A Compulsorysite visit is scheduled 10/06/2026 and will be conducted by GAH Ltd Nominated Staff, The venue for departure is fixed at GAH Ltd at 11:30am. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline.
7.  Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or of their representatives who choose to attend in person at GAH Ltd Office, where the deadline for submission will be 23/06/2025 at noon (12:00PM) and Bids will be opened on the same day at 1 :00 PM, in presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
8.  Bid opening shall take place at the GAH Ltd Office on 23June 2026 at 1:00 PM, immediately after the submission deadline, in the presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives who choose to attend.
9. The bidding process shall be governed by Gabiro Agribusiness Hub Ltd’s procurement policy and procedures manual.
